Waitress Problems Help

I don't know what's going on with 1 of my waitresses. It seems like every time I leave my restaurant she magically leaps over my counters and ends up behind them by my ovens. That's the only way she's able to get back there.
Then this same waitress, when she's where she's supposed to b, will just stand there for awhile b4 serving anybody. Meanwhile the other waitress is busting her fanny trying to serve everybody. The lazy waitress will finally pickup the food and serve it but when she returns the whole cycle repeats itself.
I've looked my place over looking for any problems and there's none that I can c.
So HELP PLEASE I hate having a lazy waitress.

There are two things you can try, if you want.

One - Leave a space into your kitchen area so that the servers can't get stuck.

Two - Block the servers into a specific area by placing your tables in a U shape or L shape with counters filling in to make a square/rectangle forcing the servers to be in that one block spacing between the tables and counters.

I had a server that kept doing that as well and once I changed to the second set-up, it stopped happening.
