I noticed today there is a new building available for 80,000.
I see it makes sauces which are used in the bakery,
Coffee shop and candy maker so far. Anyone try this out yet?

Caramel sauce cost to make 700 coins (I don't know what it sells at yet as do not have one to check)
3 brown sugar = 231
2 butter = 168
2 sugar = 112
3 cream = 189


Chocolate sauce costs to make 1134 and sells at 1183
2 brown sugar = 154
2 butter = 168
2 sugar = 112
1 sauce = 700

These are the 2 items available to me at level 54. Higher levels might have more items to make :)

People using gems to speed up crafting the saucer building? Too bad I bought gems 7 days ago and they never did show up. TL says they see no record of transaction even though I emailed them my iTunes receipt. Waiting for iTunes reply going on 3 days now.

I am level 60 and just have these 2 recipes. The caramel sauce sells at 742 coins max. I am currently making the second sauce so will update when it is finished.
On another thread somebody mentioned chocolate sauce but neither of these has cocoa in it.

Chocolate sauce is max 1,183 coins.

Wierdly it has no cocoa in it.

It is definitely called chocolate sauce. It just does not have any chocolate in it ;);)

I made one each and stored them. Definitely Caramel and Chocolate - with no chocolate or cocoa. Made me laugh. :D

I am trying to just keep that machine plugging away, since you need to make one unit of the first recipe to make the next one, and those are the ones that actually go into the new recipes. I bought it in a crazy moment, using up the cash I had been saving to expand to the truffle pig! I don't even have the jam or candy buildings yet! SMH.

TL have to offer a third one.

2 brown sugar
2 white sugar
2 butter
3 chocolate squares

Anyone finding that items made with the new sauces don't make? I am trying to make the drink in the cafe and it tells me I need supplies and can buy them to create the drink...but I have all of the items. When I click on the buy for 0 gems nothing happens. I have tried restarting the game and my iPad. Would love some insight.

Don't know on availability, but today, Market price for Caramel sauce is 570 (was 426) with min. of 144 and max of 724 and Chocolate sauce market is 470(was 624). I used the one that I had, so I do not know min and max.

What do you think sells better, items made with sauce or the individual sauces? So far I've had the lollipop & brownies in my shop and they haven't sold too well :/

Individual sauces will always sell better because people can use them for deliveries and crafting. Lollipops and brownies can only be used for deliveries.


I sold all my sauces to make space in the barn for the event and then needed 7 yesterday for a train and they are no where to be found in the shops. Lollipops are everywhere. I put 10 on a train today and managed to buy another 10 to stock up straight away.

It is true that the Sauce Maker requires a great deal to make anything: 2-3 Brown Sugar, 2 White Sugar, 2 Butter, and 3 Cream or Dark Chocolate. However, the Chocolate Sauce and Caramel Sauce sell for quite a bit by themselves, and they are necessary for some of the more profitable items from the Deep Fryer, the Candy Maker, the Bakery, the Cafe, and the Ice Creamery. Though I am not a huge proponent of the current Leaderboard event, I will say this: considering all the Milk that players are collecting and selling, and how much you yourself might be collecting, crafting a lot of Butter and Cream and then using them for the Sauce Maker is one way of reducing your inventory effectively, if not efficiently.

I would like to see some more sauces in this building. It’s the only building with only two items that can be crafted. How about some fruit sauces to use blueberries, strawberries and blackberries? We could also have cranberry sauce. Any other ideas?
