no quests/missions

i think im about level 20 something on this game.. only quest i have is for the stupid valentines gem game and nothing new
does anyone know .. have i run out of missions/quests to do or is it stuck.. if thats it for quests that makes for a total waste of a game

Thats all. The rest is up to your imagination. I enjoy the low impact aspect of this game. Lets me be a city designer without pressure to finish out a timed goal or holiday event.
