Damage not registering

Been noticing for awhile with multiple gems, special moves like with the hour glass and shooting gems the damage doesn't register on the monster. I'll do a quick tally in my head, there are times it's 400-500 roughly and only 86 damage comes off the monster. No issues with pets damage or the broken glass damage. My husband plays as well and has noticed.

We were stuck at level 16 too but once we beat Lucian levels went up. I went to level 17 he went to level 20 so exp does register.

Sorry to hear about that! Can you get us a screenshot of the damage vs. the HP lost the next time you see this happen?

That's difficult to do. But I logged back in and some of the pets abilities have changed? Don't like that messes up the set I had
