I m still playing the castle story winter version. I can see in the featured section the wedding carriage but its locked ( I m "only" level 32) . Any idea if it could prevent me from getting weekly updates?

The wedding carriage update is only for those level 40+. Just keep playing and you'll be there before you know it!
