How often do you get Valentine Cards? I don't seem to be getting very many!

They are extremely infrequent. Lucky to get a couple a day sadly.

Most players report that Frank visits about every 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

ETA: Just read in the other thread regarding this event that Frank is now tending to visit about every 2 1/2 hours and now may drop more than one card. I've gotten 2 from him on his last couple of visits to my place. This is a big relief for me...makes it seem more possible to finish in time :)
