What is CURRENT way to transfer game from iPhone to new iPhone?

I've seen so many different instructions I'm confused now. The instructions on the actual game's FAQ is very vague. I'm assuming I download Bakery Story on NEW device first, then contact Team Lava or Storm8. Please provide ALL info I need to have. I've heard you've asked things like how many gems and coins were on our game. I appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.

Thank you for this information. I was able to transfer from my iPhone to my iPad. However the game still shows on my iPhone as well as my iPad. Is this normal?:confused: So now I can play the game on both devices?:confused: Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance in answering my questions.

Isn't there a way to transfer progress by doing a BackUp on the computer with [redacted] or [redacted] (I don't know if I can say it, as it can be external link)?
