DS cannot detect internet connection

Can somebody help me figure why Dragon Story (since the last update a couple weeks ago) not be able to detect my internet connection under Kit Kat when I have been playing PSS and FS2 with no trouble? Also, since I am also often using a Bluetooth speaker at this time, can this interfere?

Are you using wifi or cellular connection? If you're using wifi, can you let us know what service you're using?
