how can i cancel a pending neigbors?

Yes, it's annoying. I want to get rid of two that have been there since I started months ago....

I too have neighbors pending that I can't get rid of. There farms are totally dead and they haven't been on that I can tell in awhile. I wish if your account was unused after a certain time irvwould be errased.
