Level 70

Is there a way to beat level 70 without using a boost to break the black sticky bubbles?

Hit the lightning bubble which will get rid of the bottom two black bubbles. Then pop all the bubbles in front of the star bubble. Then hit the star bubble with the color that matches the color on top of the black blockers. They will drop and you can get to the rest of them. Hope this helps.
