Please help gem trap got me

Help please...I got caught in a stupid gem trap that cost me 400 gems to speed up to the ardvark that I would have gotten in few days anyway. I am SO freaking out right now.
How do I contact Team Lava to ask for my gems back? They can take back the ardvark too..I'll get that anyway collecting roses. Thanks to all who reply.
