How do I get seeds?

There is a character named Lily that will come into your restaurant. She wears a little yellow bandanna on her head. I believe she comes about every 40 minutes at least, but when you click on her option above her head, she can drop herbs or seeds, and sometimes both. You'll also need shovels to expand your garden, which you can get from the construction worker, if you haven't gotten those yet either.

I wish I could take a pic of her for you, but sadly I just collected from her so it'll be a while before she's back.
