I purchase 530 gems for $19.99 on my Farm Story 2 game Jan 20. I have sent messages using the link on my receipt to team lava support. I have been told to send my receipt (?) plus all of the other restart and reload everything advice. A few days later I received an email informing that my issue had been resolved. Hmm... I am glad they feel good about the failed purchase and the withdrawl from my bank account but I still don't have my 530 gems. This the second time this has happened to me. The connection is good because I can buy $1.99 worth of gems but not make a $19.99 purchase. I have an Android phone. Is this a bug being resolved or something special just for me. Anyone else having this trouble?
