Game Fails to Connect to Server?

I play DS on my android HTC and about 99% of the time it launches just fine
That 1%, the game fails to connect to the server and gives me the "internet connection is required" error. I'm waiting for a little while when I hit the retry button.
I also play the Fantasy Forest Story game on my iPhone 4s.
Would playing from two different devices with the same account sometimes cause connection issues?
Is the connection error not just me or other possible cause?

Sorry to hear about this! No, using the login feature to play your games on other devices wouldn't cause a failed connection.

Can you let us know whether your using wifi or cellular? What service provider are you using?

My iPhone is currently WiFi only.
The connection issue seems to happen on WiFi only.
Since its a 1% of the time, it's really no big deal and probably just my end failing somewhere.
I'm not sure what internet provider my apartment has.
Still enjoying the game!
