No free boot recharge

Hi, my device is iphone5s 7.1.2 and candy blast mania 1.3.4. I was told by my friends that there is free boots recharge. Then I begin to question if we are playing the same game..... because there is no free boots recharge in my iphone.

1. Is it true that no free recharge any more for this game ?
2. Why my friend who are playing this game with the same version still get free recharged ?
