Deleting buildings and habitats

I click on it then click move but wont give me option to sell. Trying to sell trading and spell shops. Help?

I don't think it's wise to sell those buildings. But It can't be sold.

You can sell habitats if they are empty. You are unable to sell the Trading Portal or the Spell Shop.
