Goals Locked

Hi,
I completed most of my goals quicker by taking the purchase gems to complete route. I notice most of my design items are still locked that is related to that goal. How can I get those goal items unlocked so I can use to design my bakery?

I am sorry but the locked goal prizes were awards for completing older goals that are now expired.
You will not be able to unlock these items.
