Bulgogi Disappearing

I am playing the new Coffee update for Android. I made all of the new recipes yesterday with
no problems. However for the past few hours my prepared Bulgogi is disappearing whenever I logout and in again. Unless my customers are having seconds without paying for them..lol.

It seemed to clear up on it's own. I had nothing but stoves out, so not sure why they disappeared so quickly. What is the rate of customers entering the restaurant?
