I've just visited Stormie's Castle and the Magic Garden is darkened over, not noticed it before, is it the same for anyone else, is it to do with today's update??

When the magic garden is unlocked but the quest line is not completed. The garden remains to be darken.

I has always be that way. The Stormie Castle is just a place holder, I not even sur TL has a real person behind it to answer all requests.. Also remember this is the first neighbor each player gets. That make a hell of a long list! Well the layout of the dominion has changed since a couple of weeks.

Yep it is darkened, like Echowuuu said, when the garden is unlocked but the respective goal is not met, the garden stays like this.
