Can someone please help with this? It's been 5+ days since I've contacted TL though support@teamlava.com and I still haven't heard anything. I am missing out on new updates as we speak and I am really missing my kingdom. Do you know how long it's going to take for someone to respond?

By the way I have just joined the forum but I've been a player for years and my old Storm 8 ID is nadiao1201 and my kingdom name is Nadia's Kingdom. Maybe one of you has me as a neighbour?
