golden nugget crisis

I came to a point now where it seems like I NEED 5 golden nuggets for Adamant Alchemy to go on in several story lines... I thought the alchemy was optional??? I need two more nuggets but with 4 mines they seem very hard to find...
Is there a "best" way to find them? cave formations? I'll either need to wait months for one, or spend 160 gems :(

You can buy a rock pile and chop at it.

Hammer on rocks (Regular, small or Iron), Iron has the best yield.

sigh. I guesseverything is random.... I just got a Royal cow from the knights... but I want NUGGETS!! lol
I have 2 rainbow pots, could there be nuggets in them?

not likely. best bet is to just keep chopping rocks. they are a pretty rare drop now a days. I have like 88 of them but I've been playing a long time from when they were a bit easier to come by.

well I tried one last time to chop a few rock piles... but gave in and paid 160 gems so I can keep going on my storyline. i can buy more anyway before valentine's!

You must try Iron Rock Piles, they are much more expensive, but have much better yield. Dark cave formation, from adventure, also are good.
