The 'Goals' are a series of tasks that you complete to 'unlock' rewards. The tasks are usually buying new decorations like wallpaper / floor tiles / counters. Then building appliances. Then cooking varying amounts of food on the new appliances.

I don't think Clarania meant that question literally (what are goals?) I think she probably meant what is the theme for January goals. I'm looking fur the teaser. The picture of the bakery with new tables and stoves and decorations. So I can see what it looks like.
