I had posted in here yesterday that I still don't have my gems. I had a reply to send a note to support and then my thread was closed. Well, I did send a message to support with my information last Thursday. I still do not have my gems but the money was immediately taken out of my account. So if sending an email to support doesn't get my gems tell me what I need to do and don't cancel the thread until I can respond.
