Oranges and herbs

What do I do with them?

I am only at level 47, so I probably don't have access to all the possible uses these two crops, but...

Besides selling them as-is in the Side Shop or when deliveries or train orders call for them, the herbs are used to make Apple Butter and Orange Marmalade preserves in the Jelly Maker.

Oranges can be used with cocoa in the Chocolatier to make Chocolate Oranges, the Orange Marmalade, and also the Citrus juice (with Lemons) in the Juicer and candy (with Syrup and Butter) in the Candy Maker.

Perhaps someone else can add to this if there are other items available at higher levels?
