Help with Fryer or Appliance Parts

Hi, I'm level 22 and I purchased the fryer. I am having an issue with double clicking on the boxed fryer in order to initiate the "pop up" to ask neighbors for parts. I don't get the option. All I get is the sell the option. I do get messages from my neighbors for parts, but I can't seem to ask for parts.... I am probably doing something wrong. Thanks for your time!

Are you clicking the box while still in the design tab? If so, you don't build the item from there.

As jantandn stated, please close out of the design mode, then click on the box and you should get the pop up.

When you want to initiate the pop-up, don't go into design mode (don't click the design button located at the lower right portion of the screen). Just tap the box normally and the pop-up to ask neighbors will appear. :)
