Is Bakery Story and Restaurant Story TeamLava or Storm8

I'm getting confused now as to whether Bakery and Restaurant Stories are considered TeamLava or Storm8 when doing iOs device game transfers. Can someone explain in a brief and simple way to understand. Thank you.

Its kind of like how EA games publishes microsoft games

They have a partner ship

Teamlava is the developer

Storm8 is the publisher

Teamlava does mostly the making of the game very little of the publishing
Storm8 legally is allowed to give some ideas that teamlava has to abide by but storm8 cant just change the whole thing

Kind of like how microsoft ruined gta 4 with the xbox live login for pc..
