[Restaurant Story 2] Cannot enter the building "Street Market"

1. My device and it's version number: iPad mini with iOS 8.1.2
2. My game version: Restaurant Story 2 with version 1.4.5
3. A description of the problem: I cannot enter the building "Street Market" after adding new slot. I have deleted the game and re-installed from Apple store, but I still cannot enter it.

Do you know how to fix this problem?
