Hot air balloon

I just reached the hot air balloon and would like to know how long it takes for it come back after you've deployed it.
And what are the tickets for?
I clicked redeem and it disappeared.
Where did the ticket go?

You should see a ticket on the ground after the balloon leaves. Just tap on it to pick it up. If there was no ticket then perhaps you didn't complete the order and when the timer expires the balloon leaves. I'm not certain how the timer works between visits.
