Grid Map?

Hi,

I have been going around in circles looking for a grid map of the game to help me see what land each expansion covers. As you can only see one area of expansions, I wondered if someone had done a diagram of the whole kingdom as a grid? I'd like to be able to see how many layers away some of the goals are e.g. where Ivy and Thurston were before they were rescued.

Is a link to something like this please?
