The game crashes every time I try to visit a neighbor.

While I have had this problem sporadically in the past, I could not visit any of my neighbors in the past two days or so without having the game crash and shut down. I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!

Okay, I was able to visit one neighbor through my neighbors list instead of the wall, but it still crashes... btw, I had downloaded the latest version when i had this problem.
