John Peair Statue was part of a goal Challenge; just as Loretta was. So you cannot get him now, unless TL makes him attainable again.

Does TL no longer offer the Jon Pierre and Helpful Loretta challenge at the beginning of the game? If u sold urs then he's history, sorry.
