Suddenly no sound on BINGO

Hi,
Yesterday I had sound in my BINGO game and today, no sound. I have tried closing the app completely, restarting my iPad and double checked the settings in the game. Help!

I forgot to give my id#: TS8RJT. Also, I'm using an iPad, with iOS8. A friend suggested I deleted and reinstall the game, but I'm afraid I will lose all my tickets, gems, collections, etc...

Your progress is saved on Team Lava's servers, you will not lose your game.

Do you have sound in other games? If not, check to make sure your mute button is not on (on your Ipad)
