Hi,
It is very difficult to see what certain characters are there.
Again, was trying to close or use handicap stuff.
Did not want to get the mystery crate, but looks like we now have it.
My Mom said she will repurchase things. So, we just bought the lost Gems.
We lost so much at the end of April when our house flooded.
It still looks like some things purchased are being sent to the wrong address, and trying to find where to go in and correct?

You can email support@teamlava.com for assistance with your account. If you're sending emails to that address, you're sending it to the correct place. :)
