Serious question!!!!!

I'm new to the blog, and have really been playing "blindly" from the beginning. But the one naive question I have is: Who exactly is STORMIE?????? He is always in the top left corner of my store, and only sells one of an item at a time. I visited his farm many times, and he has the best of everthing. Is he just a "puppet" player for TL???? To show us lame brains what we could have on our farm if we worked hard enough???????
