I wanted to reply to the thread below, but it has been closed.

This is obviously a common problem which has been on-going since 2012. A lot of people received a quick, easy fix to this, but then the thread was closed, and players were advised to contact support. I wrote to support over two weeks ago, and they said they would pass on to the technical team, however, it has still not been fixed. Is there anyone who can help with this please?
