I can't earn free gems

So I've tried downloading the apps to earn free gems, whenever I download them I always receive a notification from BS saying I have received my gems, when I go to check to my BS I end up not receiving any at all. This has been happening a lot lately, I have reported this problem but nothing has happened yet.
Btw I'm talking about the apps worth 3 gems.

I never received my gems for completing those collectables in the game and that was 2 gems and I never got credited for them
