Missing gem

Hi! I was wondering if this has happened to anyone, but I earned a gem from ordering clothes, and it stayed the same! So it must've been a glitch? I tried refreshing FS but it didn't work...

When you have your catalog opened you may not see the gem added until you close out the catalog.
If you still feel you are missing gems, please send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game.
