Helping hands and gifting...restaurant story2

How do I send a helping hand as a gift? All I see is a mystery box when I want to gift. There doesn't seem to be a choice of what to send as in the other team lava games. Why can I only send a small number of gifts every day even though I have over 25 neighbors? Will this number ever increase as in the other team lava games?

You can only send gifts to three neighbors per day. You cannot choose what to send, a random item will be sent.
I do not think this will increase. The older Team Lava games allow you to send unlimited gifts, but most of the new games are designed to only allow three to be sent.
