The water from my neighbors disappear!

Hi.

I have a problem. My farm has been acting weird lately.
The water my neighbors give my crop disappears. It has happened a number of times.
I lose out on many important exp points.

Just in case there is some kind of restitution made after fix...today I lost almost all water from a 17 x 17 crop of broccoli. I went to harvest but was shown a message that fs was in maintenance mode. When I was able to harvest, water was gone. ID SamAnika... Can the points I would have earned be added to my account?? Thank you.
