Maintenance doesn't mean an update or new stuff... They are maintaining the servers. You are all acting like kids on Christmas morning, waiting to open your presents. I think you may be very disappointed.

Not all players are American, people from all over the world play this game, not to mention people who stay up past 10pm local time. There really wouldn't be any particular time that they could do maintenance when all of the players would be sleeping.
