can't make rice crackers

I have plenty of seaweed leaves, but when I try to make rice crackers, it says I have none. I have closed and restarted the game several times and cleared my cache.

Bakery- Rice Cracker
2 grained rice/2 Nori

Deep Fryer- Nori
2 seaweed leaves- 2 hours

You need to take your seaweed leaves through the Deep fryer to make Nori first.
