Problem with Treasure Toucan

Hello I just get 1 gem every 3 days, I'll wait until the Gem letter about because habitats appear. I play on iPad iOS 8.1.2 FFS 1.4.2

To know when your habitat is ready to be collected, there will be a little purple Gem icon above it. :)

Yes I click the habitat only to when the little purple gem icon above it. I get only 1 gem per habitat :D

Yah me too i got one gem when i waited for two days

Now thats is level 15
Can i collect a gem a day
Or have to wait 3 days to collect the 3 gems

And accidentally touched the habut and it zoomed in to toucan
Does that reset the time ?

I just checked and the display of gems is with me always 0, see photos
