Strange silver coin.....Charmed Coin

Just bought a charmed corn in the newspaper. It states they are made in the jewels smith building. I am at level 60 and I can't make them....
What's up???

You will need to expand to the Wishing Well in order to unlock the Charmed Coin at the Jewelsmith. :)
