I just got it with diamond x dream got about 6 winters than lucked out and got it

Lol, I very, very rarely get something first try, but this one I got first try, using Light and Water :)

After about 14 Winters, and 2 Blue Moons I finally got the Cloud Dragon. Used Diamond (lvl10)/ Snow Owl (lvl10)!

I love the way cloud and mist share the same base type, floating around your Island...there should be a sky dragon.
