Unable to craft mining dragon and battle dragon

Is anyone else finding it difficult to craft these dragons? have the parts in storage for these dragons but there is nothing when I go to the spell shop. Have powered down IPad and they do not reappear with only a few days left for the mining dragon, I am a bit perplexed.

I am sure it is a TL bug.

It's a bug (hopefully) they need to make sure this is up and running perfectly within 4 days when the pharaoh is scheduled to actually leave for good!
