No presents for food or breeding

I'm not getting pop ups for breeding or getting food. I've reloaded the game but it has not helped. Please help.

If you are talking about getting presents for the Event , some players are not seeing the pop up showing how many presents you received.
Before collecting, check the number of present you have. After collecting you should see that they were added to your total.
