Santa's Workshop giving 16 presents, not 32

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem. In game , it states that the Santa's Workshop now gives 32 presents every 8 hours, up from 16. But after I purchased the item, it's giving me 16 presents per hour.

Anyone know how to remedy this situation? I'm on iOS if that helps at all.

We verified that Santa's Workshop is correctly dropping 32 presents. :)

Can you please let us know if your next collection shows 32? You should be seeing 32 in the game now.

Yes, now it is working as intended. Still missed out on a total of 32 presents, but at the very least, it's working now.

Ok, now both Santa's Workshop and the North Pole are giving 16 and 4 presents, respectively, every 4 hours instead of 32 and 8. Did it get dropped back down or am I having another issue?
