crashing, no gems after purchasing

Until recently I had no problems with Castle Story. Enjoying it big time.

Until a week ago it started crashing out of the blue, without any obvious reason. Also, I purchased some gems, but I never got them.

What's happening? And will I get my gems or a refund?

my screen goes blue all the time and interrupts my goals for hours. also I can not buy gems little horse keeps running and running is it worth getting reindeer stable or knights inn or both???
