Animal staying even though Habitat is gone

I sold one of my Habitats without remembering that there's still an animal on it, but now the animal is walking on free ground without a Habitat, and I can't move or feed it. Please help.

We checked your account and were unable to see a creature walking around without a habitat. Could you please tell us which habitat you sold, and which creature it was? Thank you!
