Black Dragon - Night

I've only been playing since Halloween and am still trying to find my feet a little with this game but I have the option to make Night Elf but not Night so I can't seem to be able to breed a black dragon but I can hybrids (from the goal book). Can anyone tell me how to get a black dragon ideally Night. As I'd like to try this at the earliest opportunity.
